The weather forecast [...]]]> Our wedding photographers were at Rothwell Parish Church and then on to The Village Hotel on Otley Road, Leeds, for the wedding and reception of Lucy and Lee last weekend.

We started the day’s wedding photography at Lucy’s parents home in Rothwell and finished some twelve hours later photographing their first dance at The Village Hotel.

The weather forecast was threatening to spoil the day, but apart from a little rain in the afternoon it turned out nice. The worst time for any rain would have been as Lucy and Lee left the church, but we got lucky and as they emerged from inside the church the sun was shining down for them.

At the wedding reception at the Village Hotel we made great use of the covered areas outside in the hotels grounds to take some of their more formal wedding portraits and organised a full wedding party portrait inside the hotels banqueting suite with no little help from the best man.

Below is how our wedding photographers captured the wedding day as it unfolded and we have laid the photography out as double page spreads for our story book wedding album.

Our wedding photographers were there [...]]]> Our Wedding Photographers were in Leeds to photograph the wedding of Gary and Belinda.

Their wedding was at Holy Trinity Parish Church in Cookridge, Leeds followed by a quick visit to Golden Acre Park for photographs and then on to The Parkway Hotel in Leeds for their wedding reception with family and friends.

Wedding Panel [...]]]> Here are our suggestions for your wedding photographs onto canvas as discussed.

I have tried to show them a little like how they will look when printed onto canvas or as art panels and hung on your walls at home. As art panels they will have slightly sharper corners and more of a contemporary look.

Above is the large panel for the snug next to the kitchen. 150 cm wide x 50 cm high. £250

Below are the set of three for the upstairs landing each measuring 50 cm wide x 70 cm high £125 each. Overall when hung side by side the set will measure 170 cm wide by 70 cm high.

Wood Hall Hotel overlooking the Wharfe valley in Yorkshire

Wood Hall [...]]]> Our Wedding Photographer’s were at Wood Hall Hotel in Linton, Wetherby this weekend to photograph two very different kind of weddings.

Wood Hall Hotel is a beautiful Yorkshire location for a wedding and our wedding photographer’s captured the best moments from two weddings there this weekend.

Wood Hall Hotel sits in it’s own private grounds above the river in The Wharfe Valley just a couple of miles downstream from Harewood and just above Wetherby in West Yorkshire.

On Friday afternoon we photographed an intimate family wedding for Helen and Edward who had arranged for a civil wedding ceremony to take place at Wood Hall and their marriage was then followed by drinks and an evening reception at the beautiful countryside hotel.

Then on Monday we were back again to photograph the first Jewish wedding ceremony ever to be conducted at Wood Hall Hotel since it was built in 1750 We were very proud to be asked to photograph Gemma and Simon’s wedding as it was for such a historical event in the hotels history. Our day started with a quick trip to Gemma’s Hairdressers in Leeds at around 10:00 am and finished with her first dance with Simon some twelve hours later.

Sam and Steve are getting married at The Devonshire Fell which is the boutique sister hotel to The Devonshire Arms in August this year [...]]]> Our Wedding Photographer’s were at The Devonshire Arms and The Devonshire Fell at Burnsall this weekend to help Sam and Steve plan their Yorkshire Dales wedding.

Sam and Steve are getting married at The Devonshire Fell which is the boutique sister hotel to The Devonshire Arms in August this year and our wedding photographer’s Jonny & James took a look around with them as they were putting their final plans together this weekend.

 We have now produced the wedding photography for this wedding here.

The view from The Devonshire Fell is simply stunning and our Wedding Photographer’s can feel a double page spread coming on already. The front lawn of the hotel is an ideal location for large group portraits and we should be able to get all eighty or so guests fitted on here nicely.

In complete contrast to the rugged Yorkshire Dales outside, the interior of The Devonshire Fell is vibrant and filled with original pieces of modern art which will give you loads of colours to play with Sam, when you are designing your wedding accessories, and for us too when we are designing your wedding album.

Our wedding photographers found this great view of  The Devonshire Fell which will be a great location for some fun bridal portraits on the wedding day, and not a bad spot to enjoy a glass of Champagne too!

Hotel Art

The combination of stunning Yorkshire Dales scenery, a stunning hotel and stunning art will ensure that Sam and Steve will truly have a wedding day to remember and the possibilities for the design features we can put into their wedding album are just about endless.

We are shooting some truly great weddings this year, but none will give us any more than this one to inspire our wedding photographer’s when creating their coffee table story book wedding album.

The Wedding Photography we produced for Erin and Rob, is laid out across 40 wedding album pages and shown below as 20 double page spreads. We were commissioned to produce a 30 page wedding album but our wedding photographers shot so many great photos on the day that there was simply no way we could show the full story of their wedding day in an album with 30 pages, so sorry about that Erin and Rob, anyway, we hope you are enjoying your honeymoon in Paris!
